Due to the impacts brought by the Coronavirus, on March 30, the Federal Government published Provisional Measure No. 931 that alters certain provisions of Law No. 10,406 / 2002 (Civil Code), with regard to limited liability companies, of Law No. 5,764 / 1071, applicable to cooperative societies, and Law No. 6,404 / 1976 (Brazilian Corporate Law).

The above rules, added to other edited ones, aim to relax the legal rigor, mainly for the big companies, reducing the impact brought by the pandemic.
