He has over 30 years of experience, with emphasis on business law (corporate, contractual and regulatory matters) mostly in infrastructure projects (bids, energy and renewables, highways, railways, urban mobility, mining, ports and terminals, oil and gas and solid waste).
He advises companies on all aspects of M&A projects, including due diligence, negotiation of share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements and drafting of corporate documents. Member of the Board of Auditors of piped gas distribution concessionaires in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
