Acts in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence procedures and incorporation of joint ventures involving domestic and international clients. Represents clients in the negotiation of contracts in general. Participates and assists clients in several fields, especially agribusiness, in general shareholders meetings and board meetings.
