She advises national and international clients on a range of corporate matters, including drafting and review of corporate acts and other documents. She also acts in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate reorganizations.She assists fintechs, payment institutions, digital banks and other financial market players regarding foreign exchange regulation, foreign investment and lending, regulatory matters and authorization and operation applications before the Central Bank of Brazil. Her practice encompasses structured operations, financing in general, securitizations, including the issuance and structuring of certificates of real estate receivables and agribusiness receivables, debt securities, bonds and debentures.
