Acts in corporate reorganization and mergers and acquisitions processes. He assists domestic and foreign clients in the financial sector, including financial institutions, fintechs, direct credit companies, payment institutions, digital banks and other financial market participants, with regard to product and business structuring, financial market regulation, foreign exchange regulation, foreign investments and foreign loans, administrative proceedings, foreign exchange regulatory compliance, cryoptoassets, applications for authorization and operation before the Central Bank of Brazil. It also acts in corporate and capital market transactions involving regulated entities.
Her practice also extends to structured operations, financing in general, securitizations, including the issuance of “CRI” and “CRA”, debt securities, bonds and debentures.
