Provides advice to foreign investors to set up a company in Brazil, supporting the nationalization of foreign documents, monitoring and counseling all stages of the incorporation of the business.
She also advises domestic and foreign clients in drafting, analyzing, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts and projects related to privacy and data protection governance, including development of policies and setting up projects to comply with the Brazilian General Law on Data Protection (LGPD), with EXIN Privacy and Data Protection Essentials (PDPE) certification.
