She advises on corporate matters, start-up and innovation projects, including company formation, drafting of corporate documents, structuring of shareholders’ agreements, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

She advises domestic and foreign clients in the financial sector, including financial institutions, fintechs, direct credit companies, payment institutions, digital banks and other financial market participants, on product and business structuring, financial market regulation, foreign exchange regulation, foreign investments and foreign loans, administrative proceedings, foreign exchange regulatory compliance, cryptoassets, applications for authorization and operation before the Central Bank of Brazil. She also acts in corporate and capital markets transactions involving regulated entities.

Cássia has experience in structured transactions, general financing, and securitizations, including the issuance and structuring of CRIs and CRAs, as well as debt securities, bonds, and debentures.
