She also provides advice on corporate matters, startup and innovation projects, including corporate organization, drafting of corporate acts, structuring of shareholder agreements, including due diligence processes, merger and acquisition operations and corporate reorganizations.

Her practice encompasses acting in structured operations, financing in general, securitizations, including the issuance and structuring of certificates of real estate receivables and agribusiness receivables, debt securities, bonds and debentures.
