Advises domestic and foreign clients in corporate matters, since the business organization to the structuring of shareholders agreements, negotiating, implementation of corporate governance rules, stock options, among others. Has broad experience in transactions involving joint ventures, negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts between domestic and foreign parties, among which are sophisticated contracts such as EPC, transportation and logistics, IP and technology, structuring and management of franchises and internationalization of Brazilian companies. Considering her broad experience in corporate, M&A, contracts and international trade issues, she acts in several risk assessments and in the strategy prior to litigation in these areas.
She also acts in the areas of Technology and Data Privacy, performing the review and implementation of procedures and internal policies, consultancy in the relationship with data processing agents, internal training and advice in cases of data leakage.
