Acts on questions related to the capital market, such as structured transactions, financing, public offerings and securitizations.
Has also a wide experience in advising seed capital, angel investor, venture capital and private equity, for traditional and social impact investments, as well as in consulting and implementing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices.
